While the current Falcon football staff is busy planning for the Humanitarian Bowl, several former BG coaches have been busy meeting new faces in new places.

During the past three days, three former assistant football coaches switched jobs, and Gregg Brandon most likely will be added to the list soon.

It all began on Thursday when first-year Virginia coach Mike London named Mike Faragalli his offensive coordinator. He held the same position with the Falcons from 1991-1994 and 1996-1999.

Zach Azzanni - the coach who helped breed Charles Sharon and four other BG receivers who signed professional contracts - is reunited with Urban Meyer.

Azzanni spent six seasons with the Falcons (2001-2006), coaching the receivers from 2003-2006. He was a graduate assistant for the offense while Meyer was BG's coach.

He is replacing the third former Falcon to move jobs - Billy Gonzales.

Gonzales - who also coached under Meyer at BG - left Florida to coach wide receivers and serve as the passing game coordinator. He coached receivers at BG in 2001 and 2002 before leaving with Meyer for Utah.
