Kent State's Jarvis lost for season

Kent State running back Eugene Jarvis is out for the season following a kidney injury, The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported.

Kent State will seek to get Jarvis a sixth-year of eligibility, but it may not matter because Jarvis was born with just one kidney.

Jarvis led the nation in all-purpose yards after Week 1.
