MAC announces football TV schedule

The Mid-American Conference announced the league's 2009 TV schedule for football, which will kick off Sept. 3 with North Texas invades Ball State (7:30 p.m. on ESPNU).

The league will have one game on national non-cable networks on Sept. 5 with Western Michigan at Michigan (3:30 p.m. on ABC).

In all, there will are nine games on ESPN or ESPN2, eight games on ESPNU and eight games on the Big Ten Network during the regular season. Other games will be seen on ESPN Plus/Game Plan, ESPN Classic and ESPN360.

The Falcons will play in three of these games:

**Oct. 24 at Central Michigan at noon on ESPN Plus/Game Plan
**Nov. 3 at Buffalo at 7 p.m. on ESPN2
**Nov. 20 vs. Akron at 5:30 p.m. on ESPNU
